Hi, I’m Jeni Jankowski—Realtor, business owner, community advocate, and someone who truly believes that buying or selling a home should feel less like a transaction and more like a trusted partnership. With over 150 homes sold and 8+ years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping families navigate one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. I bring deep market knowledge, sharp contract expertise, and a heart for people to every deal. One thing my clients know about me—I don’t give up easily.
Our experience allows us to think outside the box to overcome obstacles, smooth out the bumps, and keep the process moving forward with clarity and confidence. Based in Tucson, I specialize in the incredible Northwest communities like Stone Canyon, Dove Mountain, Tortolita Vistas, and the Catalina Foothills. I also lead the Jankowski Team, a small but mighty group of agents dedicated to providing concierge-level service rooted in integrity, collaboration, and results.
Beyond real estate, I’ve been married to my best friend for over 30 years, and I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids—my son works alongside me on our real estate team, and my daughter is a talented architect. Family means everything to me, and it’s one of the reasons I care so deeply about helping others find their perfect place to call home. I also serve as a board member for Ben’s Bells, championing kindness throughout our community. I’m a golf enthusiast, cactus lover, and dog mom to two loyal sidekicks—an Irish Goldendoodle and a Boxer/Pit mix—who think they run the show (and maybe they do).
