I can't say enough how helpful Jeni and her team was getting my late Father's house ready to sell. As we live out of state, we had many questions about the selling process in Arizona. Jeni was very patient and explained the process in detail. I appreciate her professionalism and help throughout the selling process. I think the house was only on the market for a month if that. It is very clear to me that Jeni knows what she is doing as we expected the house to be on the market 6-12 months at least. Also, Jeni suggested we list the house at a price more than I thought we would ever get. To our surprise it closed for a price higher that what we thought. We are most grateful and if we ever have anything to sell in the future in Tucson I know where we are going. If I could give 10 stars I would.
